Superior Fire Protection for Pipe Penetrations

The 150mm Sure Snap Cast In Fire Collar provides advanced passive fire protection, ensuring secure pipe penetration sealing in concrete slabs. Using patented spring activation technology, this collar rapidly compresses intumescent material around the pipe, forming an effective seal in fire conditions to prevent the spread of flames and smoke.

Tested and certified to BS EN 15882-3:2009 and EN 1366-3, the Sure Snap Fire Collar delivers up to 4 hours of fire resistance. It is designed for use with PVC, PP, and PE-HD pipes, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of construction applications. The innovative snap-off nail points provide a clean finish once the formwork is removed, ensuring a professional installation.

Built for durability, the collar features a reinforced casing that protects against construction site impact and debris. A locator plate ensures accurate positioning, while the heavy-duty removable cap prevents foreign materials and water from entering the collar. Stackable extension pieces are available to accommodate thicker slabs, ensuring complete adaptability on-site.
